Directions:

Wet your face and using a wet cloth or wet hands gently glide about 1/2 teaspoon over skin, rinse, pat dry. Follow-up with your favorite moisturizer (ours is our Skin Quenching Serum).  Make sure to rinse the hairline or you may find a bit of honey in there.

Not if you use water.  That's the real key here.  Water.  It'll smooth on easily and rinse off clean. 

My Honey Wash crystallized :-(

Not a problem - place the bottle (cap up or down - make sure it's closed tightly) in  a glass or cup of hot tap water.  Let stand anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes.  Once it's fluid again it should stay that way for some time.
